Pauline completed an End of Tenancy deep clean of my previous flat and also a deep clean at the start of my new tenancy. Both were done to a high standard, showing meticulous care and attention to detail. It enabled our previous landlord to give us our full deposit back, who was also impressed by the 72hr fix it guarantee that vamoose offer. Pauline bought all of her own products and equipment. She replied to all emails very promptly, even over the Christmas period. Pauline and her team are very professional. They quickly came and price up the job they arrived on time and stayed at the property. The whole day transformation of the property they worked on was incredible. They spent a good 12 hours there on a very hot day was visiting a few times in the day I can tell how hard they been working. I’m extra pleased about how the place now looks and would happily use their service again. I would like to thank Pauline and the team at Vamoose Cleaning Services for an amazing job. I had picked up the keys for our new house and it was left in rather a sorry state so I booked a deep clean including carpet cleaning. They left the house spotless! I contacted Vamoose based on their Google reviews and I was not disappointed. I got an estimated quote but had warned Pauline ahead that the property was extremely filthy; following a total ceiling drop from a loft conversion build. The cost doubled on site inspection pre cleaning but I expected that. The crew swept into action and 8 hrs later, left me in a brand spanking new place. Excellent service by Pauline and her team member. I was looking for a reliable company to provides end of tenancy deep cleaning. I reached out to Vamoos and they were quick to provide details of what will be covered and the cost breakdown (including for additional services). The quotations were provided with clear expectations of ranges based on property sizes. Arrived on time on agreed date, and were quick to initiate work after assessment. Pauline and Victor recently responded to a request for an extreme clean for an elderly neighbour who had allowed things to overwhelm her. The property was in a very bad state in every room, with dirt, dust, insects and other unmentionable things. Pauline came the same day to quote and once agreed she and Victor arrived the next day to carry out the work. They spent the whole day working constantly in very trying and difficult conditions, as there was no hot water and a lack of light. Despite the challenges they were professional and caring to the occupant, taking time to make sure she was OK and being sensitive around the situation. The end result was amazing – the bathroom was sparkling clean (something I did not expect under the circumstances) and all the cobwebs, dirt and debris had been cleaned from all the kitchen units and cupboards, bedroom and lounge, leaving it clear and smelling lemony fresh. I have used Vamoose Cleaning Services to clean our flat after a fairly long tenancy. Pauline and the team have been great, very friendly and easygoing and the flat was spotless, of course no problems upon check out inventory and the flat smelt of clean so it was double positive. The good thing is that this is not a broker, it is a family business hence of course they care about what they do as it is their own business on the line which for me is a bonus. ~ Sandro

We needed to clean an old person's house who was living in absolute squalor. Vamoose came along, worked enormously hard for hours and left the place spanking shiny new. The oven (which had been unbelievably filthy) is like new. The old person's life is now transformed beyond belief.
